The best part of all is that 100% of the proceeds from BOTH of these events will benefit the EB Hope Foundation, a local group dedicated to finding a path to a cure for Epidermolysis bullosa.

Epidermolysis bullosa--"The Worst Disease You've Never Heard Of." Epidermolysis Bullosa, or EB, is a rare genetic connective tissue disorder (both internal and external) with all variations of the disease sharing the prominent symptom of extremely fragile skin that blisters and tears from minor friction or trauma. Those born with EB are often called “Butterfly Children” because as the analogy goes, their skin is as fragile as the wings of a butterfly. EB is always painful, often pervasive and debilitating, and is in some cases lethal before the age of 30. Daily wound care, pain management, and protective bandaging are currently the only options available for people with EB. For more information on EB, please visit Debra of America .
